The 4-story mill was originally a shoe factory. This is an historic tax credit project to currently in the design phase to convert the mill to 47 work-force housing units. We are proposing to re-clad the existing elevator shaft and create a new entrance. The rear and side addition are to be removed and the monitor will have the historic window openings put back in place.
