The historic William Clark Company Thread Mill No. 2, located in Stonington, CT was constructed in 1899. It is currently abandoned with collapsing roofs. The project is up for Historic Tax Credits as we design a renovation to include 51 residential units and a commercial space. We are looking to add two atriums spaces, a glass roofed entry, a metal arch connection roof and a roof deck for the views to the river. This historic adaptive use project will have outdoor amenities and garage below the building.
