Since about 1900, the existing building was used as a granary, or grain warehouse distributing grain for the North Shore. Presently, the existing buildings on site are used as a storage facility.
The proposed design will include the renovations of two existing storage buildings on the site for a residential use with parking and landscaping improvements to the site.
The existing 2 ½ story storage building will house four (4) residential units with major improvements to the exterior façade.
The existing garage on the site will be renovated for a four (4) car parking garage with substantial façade improvements.
